Paita on ommeltu Burda 10/2014 lehdessä olleen kaavan Long sleeve cowl tee (#103) mukaan. Ihastuin kyseiseen malliin sen palaversiona heti lehden ensilukemalla.
Kyseessä on hyvin kapea ja istuva malli. Olen normaalisti kokoa 36-38 ja Burdan lehdistä teen yleensä koon 38. Tällä kertaa päädyin kokoon 40 ja sekään ei ole kyllä väljyydellä pilattu. Hihat olivat mielestäni jopa Burdan kaavalle todella kapeat. Jouduin leventämään koon 40 hihaa olkavarren puolivälistä 3 cm. Otin tästä levennysprojektista pari vaihekuvaa ja ajattelin kirjoittaa asiasta lyhyen ohjeen - kunhan vain ehdin. Lyhensin myös kaavan ylipitkiä hihoja 8 sentillä ja silti ne ovat tällaiselle 160 senttiselle pätkälle vielä ylipitkää mallia.

I made this feather jersey top for myself. I used Burda's pattern Long Sleeve Cowl Tee (#103 from 10/2014). I fell in love right away when I saw the paneled version of this pattern but I decided to try this in solid fabric first.
This pattern is really small in size. I usually wear size 36-38 and usually Burda's 38 is the right one for me. This time I ended up with size 40 and it is still quite figure hugging. The sleeves were also quite narrow, even for Burda's pattern. I had to add 3 cm for the upper arm. I took some photos along the way and I am planning to write a short description how to largen sleeves. I also shortned (I am petite, you remember) the extra long sleeves with 8 cm and I still wear then as extra long.
